Steve received his M.F.A from Miami University, (Ohio), in 1998, and has been a working artist and professor since. He currently teaches at New Jersey City University and Kean University and conducts workshops throughout the country. He specializes in Custom Raku, Stoneware and Tile Work. He also offers private and group lessons.
